Hello and welcome to another guided meditation. Find a chair or a nice flat mossy rock. You can lay out on and come on in to the present moment. Go ahead and take a few deep breaths on h inhale. Focus on the sensation of that fresh air coming right into your lungs and on an exhale, let it all out feel as if the oil from the earth is spurting out of your body and taken with it. The toxins of a year passed like dinosaur juice is just spewing right out of the ground. But in this case the dinosaur juice is your tension and stress. Once you've had a chance to make yourself comfortable, try to try to remember that, you know, things are bad right now because it's a meditation, but it's not like you're going to another planet, you're still on the planet Earth and your cousin Jim went to a party and he got diagnosed with Covid and you know, That's bad for Jim, he's gonna be all right. He's probably like 26 and I think he's gonna be just fine. He'll go, he'll probably have a mild case. But you know, you got to take this stuff seriously. You gotta mask up, try to wash your dang hands and don't touch your face when you're out in public and just remember that your body is temporary. And one day we'll all return to the ground, just like the dinosaurs did just like jesus did. And we'll turn into all and that oil is going to get pumped up out of the ground by a pair of lungs lungs that are cycling the air through our bodies and out through our miles or through our noses on it. Deep, centering, exhale with intention. Bring your thoughts into the moment, enter right now. Focus on your toes, focus on your hands, focus on whatever sensations you can feel right now in your body and let those sensations just arrive on their own time at their own pace. There's no rush. Just let them show up at your front door, lock your aunt Millie who never texts and lets you know like, hey, I'm showing up, Why don't you make sure your bathroom's clean? Make sure you get all that hair out of the sink. She just shows right up. She doesn't make any announcements. Just like the sensations in your body. They are temporary too. They ain't gonna stay for three weeks, they aren't going to eat you out of house and home, drink all your liquor, Aunt Millie. What the heck! Anyway, where the funk were we just, you know, take a deep breath and chill out, relax
