Welcome to Simi, the Center for Medical Innovation at the Aga Khan University. The simulation labs at Simi replicate every kind of clinical space from the obstetrics and gynecology operating room to the pediatric room and beyond. In this video, we will explore features of the human patient simulator, often referred to as the H P s. This H P s is housed in the Mach operating room. The mock O. R has all necessary utilities toe offer fully integrated simulation based learning. The control room in the Moscow are allows facilitators to observe and provide real time feedback when necessary without influencing learner stress during the scenarios. The most important function of the control room is the ability to record the audio and video from the room. Once the simulation scenario is complete, participants watched recording with a facilitator to get feedback and discuss learning opportunities.
