Today's men are different. These aren't your father's men or your grandfather's men. These aren't the men who walked a mile to school in the snow with no shoes on or however that story goes, men are changing or are they maybe they're just being without judgment and without the confines of traditionalism, without the need to do and be what they've been told for generations that they're supposed to do and be. These are your grandpa's men and your father's men just without limitations or societal pressures and fear men just being men and doing men, things free to be themselves the way it was always meant to be. You are intelligent. You are successful and you're game changers, but you're behind. Why? Because time doesn't wait for anyone. Progress moves while you sleep boundaries to your success are artificial and only exist in your mind. Your mindset must operate and move and exist beyond boundaries. You must anticipate the future. Where is progress moving, drive the future, be the future. Honestly, it's easy to believe that you're alone that the relics of your progress exist in isolation. But we see you and we know you and we're here for you. We are the National Society of Black Engineers born from the minds of six change makers in 1975 that sought to help the brothers and sisters of similar ambition, pursue the spark of curiosity inside them, the spark that ignites world changing ideas beyond the possible cross chasms of complications to wondrous reality. We are the National Society of Black Engineers and we're here for you during Ems week. We honor the lifesaving work of ems professionals in big cities and in small communities and everywhere in between Ems is where emergency care begins. It's where we prepare and train for the moments that count and where we work together to help those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. This team, this team belongs to its fans, to its city, to the neighborhoods and businesses that make it thrive to the friends and families who've spent generations in the stands. See, this team represents that same midwestern work ethic that's transformed our city up early at it. Late brick by brick. Never afraid to grind and never afraid of a little hard work. Always out to prove people wrong. Each swing gets us closer. Each rep moves us forward. We're building, we're growing and we're hungry.
