Hi, I'm brian Laura Ceo and co founder of Social Equity, we've been working for several years now behind the scenes, totally reimagining a new tech platform to bring options for people, we're tackling the affordability gap in primary homeownership, There's over 36 million Americans under the age of 40 that already live with other adults that are not family members. They're already sharing space with other people, but they're doing it with rent and when they're renting, they're throwing that money away and they're, they're, they're not progressing and rents are going up faster than wages. So we've created a way for them to safely and legally pull their economic purchasing power by together. All of our partnerships are in place. We've got the best national minority owned, the largest minority owned lender in the United States with our partners, we've got the best real estate partnerships with Keller Williams, we've contemplated pulled everything together. So now we're focused on getting the word out because ultimately, the value proposition we wanted, we wanted to create is whatever you're spending per month in rent. Now, you can spend the same thing, but on and go out to our website, you know, plugging in the equity calculator and see for yourself, see for yourself what what you could own uh, what it would look like with additional people and you can see homes that are available in the market and think, wow, we want people to thrive, we want people to be educated and make good financial decisions for themselves um, and what will help you every step along the way, You know, what's traditionally one of the largest financial purchases people make, um, will help advocate for you and make it make it so it's it's safe and easier and, you know, and, and fun to, like, you're gonna meet people and have experiences and that, that's really what it's all about. That's that's the difference between a house and a home.
