the essays have been written in very simple words and solutions may at times seem almost too simplistic. They are meant to serve as triggers to get started on helping yourself in today's culture of internet learning. I felt the short essays and stories would be more effective. The purpose is to reduce what seemed like overwhelming obstacles to bite size pieces for better understanding and easier handling life isn't always this easy but by changing our perception and tackling our problems in small portions we can conquer situations that would otherwise seem insurmountable. It's okay not to deal with everything. At the same time picking and choosing to prioritize doesn't imply that we're being blind to our reality. It simply means we're opening one window at a time. If we tried to access all the information in the computer at the same time and open too many windows, it would crash from the memory being overloaded. However, we can access all the information in smaller segments by opening a few windows at a time and when done moving on to the next lot. The purpose of this book is to motivate you to help yourself rather than looking to others to do it for you understanding the process, Being patient with yourself but staying consistent, will inspire you to make healthy and constructive choices instead of merely popping pills to take care of the symptoms pills help you bridge the gap while you're learning and changing course. But reflection, understanding and corrective actions will prevent you from becoming dependent on those pills. At the end of each essay there are some questions you can ask yourself and a section for your notes. This will help you reflect on your answers and will be truly helpful if you answer these honestly remember you're doing this to help elevate yourself and become a better human being. No one is judging you so have no fear and set aside your ego.
