Welcome to C Interact, the real time two way communication platform designed to improve the service experience. While increasing dealer service efficiency. The customer also has the option to click on the link in the notification for further information, this takes them to the customer portal link again. No login or app is required. The customer portal shows the summary of the work. All the communications tied to that work order, even various documents, photos and videos more on that in a moment. All open customer work orders are visible in the customer portal show a simple message being sent internally have parts been ordered in the dealer portal. You will notice an internal dealer communication section. This is accessible by dealers to share communication and information internally that is not intended for the customer. There are multiple methods to interact with the customer. You choose the preferred channel in the dealer dashboard which we will get to later. You can even log phone call notes. Customers can also request a phone call simply by clicking on the call request button found in the customer portal. Switch back to the dealer portal and highlight top line navigation in the dealer portal. There are multiple actions available to you all found in the top line navigation. Cat inspect is integrated with cat interact. So any inspection report tied to a specific work order or serial number can be shared with the customer. In addition, estimates quotes and other appropriate documents can also be attached. Currency options are already built. It as indicated earlier, you can choose to make photos and videos visible to the customer. The process to upload and send is simple. Even po requirements are included if necessary. Simply by clicking the button, all steps trigger a notification to the customer. A key part of c interact is the ability for customers to approve estimates and quotes. They can approve with a simple two click approval process. When approved a notification comes back to the dealership change contacts, communication channel preference, create deadlines as mentioned earlier. There is also a dealer dashboard which shows all active work orders. Dealer work order history is stored and accessible here. While customers can only see open work orders in their portal. The dashboard also allows you to change contacts, change customer communication channels and even create deadlines. Dealers can also choose to do a one question follow up survey.
