Please inhale gently and feel how the fresh air enters softly through your nose to settle in your chest, purifying your whole body and then exhale slowly. Now you start to feel how your muscles are relaxing. You perceive how the blood flows peacefully through your veins. Little by little thoughts, fears and worries begin to flow out of your mind. You imagine that your mind is a small cage and that all that is inside it are small birds so you open the door for them to leave and fly away to places where they can heal. Inhale calmly. You hold the air in your lungs for one 23, four seconds and then exhale peacefully.
