Raising Children is hard work, however much you love your son or daughter, they will get on your nerves. Sometimes that's a normal part of parenting. No mother or father is perfectly calm at all times. On the other hand, for the sake of your family, you need to keep your anger in check around your Children. Children who grow up with angry parents will copy those behaviors and they are at increased risk of emotional and psychological problems. It is worth being aware of the fact that the emotions we experience have a significant impact on the well being and behavior of our Children. Young Children and adolescents are especially sensitive to nonverbal messages about the emotional state of adults. The more intense their emotions are manifested by their relatives. The faster and stronger their reaction.
