our world is changing. Every year we pump billions of tons of carbon into the atmosphere. Globalization has taken its toll on the environment, creating unprecedented levels of drought, invasive species and wildfires. Each year we've seen terrible wildfires in places like California and the amazon rainforest just in the past two years and every year, these problems only get worse. The technology that we currently use to stop wildfires is outdated and doesn't get the job done fast enough. We have constant outbreaks of wildfires across the entire world. Ecus scope will change. That. Ecus scope is a surveillance system that utilizes drone technology and machine vision to autonomously patrol forests and other ecosystems in search of threats. The drone communicates via radio to a ground station, allowing users to survey ecosystems in real time. If an environmental threat like a wildfire is detected, ecus scope can send alerts to nearby communities, alerting them of the threat. Sounds cool, right? Well, it wasn't easy. Over many months. Our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to design, develop and assemble echo scope using three different hardware platforms and for programming languages, we managed to create one unified system at the heart of ECA scope is its image and detection system. The open and V camera. The open MV identifies fires using optical sensors. Once the fire is detected, the message is then sent to the flight controller. This micro controller keeps the drone in the air, receives commands from the ground station and transmits to elementary and image data. Before any development could begin, reverse engineering was required to figure out the layout of the proprietary board. Once that was complete custom accelerometer, gyroscope, barrow meter and motor drives were written to enable full functionality of the board. The flight controller uses its to elementary radio to transmit the image data to the ground station from up to 200 m away. Developed in python. Ground station program commands the drone while reconstructing and displaying image data operators first notified of a potential fire alert and can then request an image from the drone communication to the drone that carries over the MAV Link protocol, a lightweight protocol used in many drone systems for its lightweight, yet reliable performance. Ecus scope is the fastest and most effective wildfire surveillance system on the market. While other systems utilize stationary cameras, echo scope is able to fly over ecosystems to capture all threats as soon as they happen at eCA scope, we understand the importance of our natural world and we won't stop until all ecological communities are safe, ego scope mm
