Now we're going to shift our focus to our bodies with the help of our breath and imaginative center, we are going to return our body to its most neutral state. We are not going to force anything away. We're only going to allow our breath to ease away any tension or trauma that is not serving us as actors or his people. To begin on your next inhale, imagine a small pulsing ball of light that grows with each inhale and returns to its normal size on your exhale. This light is going to float down through the top of your head and as it does so keep envisioning a pulse that matches your own breath. Picture this warmth spreading through you as the ball of light travels from the top of your head, down through your skull and face to your neck.
