In Microsoft outlook, you can schedule appointments and meetings, launched the outlook application and when it opens, click on the calendar tab. This will open a display showing the current month with arrows at the top, enabling you to toggle to previous months, as well as future months. In the top toolbar are various options for scheduling. You can set up a meeting by clicking on new meeting. When the dialog box opens, you can assign a title to the meeting.
