Now the more you let go, the deeper you go, the better you feel your neck muscles. Relax the muscles in the back of your head. Relax your head muscles. Relax, and now your face muscles relax. Your jaw relaxes way down now. Way down deep. As you relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take every muscle in your body relaxing way down. Now way down, way down deep, deeper and deeper.
