fire and shadow prologue. Wind whips through the golden desert, causing sand to spiral into the air. Five figures crest a large doom, their faces air covered with rags and a pair of goggles to protect from the stinging sands. The largest of the figures steps forward, throwing his hands into the air. Is this it? Another figure, quite slender in nature, snaps his head to look at the man. Don't you dare doubt the master, you oaf! Oh, you're gonna eat those words. You quiet, says the leading figure in a calm and demanding voice. He steps forward, unraveling his rags. His hair is gray and his face is rankled with aid. He looks at the others. Be ready for anything. Ah, cane awry. A day ODUs with these words, The dune begins to rumble is it suddenly splits open and a large stone door rises from the sand. The man steps forward and touches the stone. Cracks begin to form from his fingertips in the stone door crumbles, leaving a large white oval hovering a few feet above the ground. The man turns back at the four, nodding and steps through the whiteness. The skinny figure darts forward pushing, the others hurrying to the oval and steps through the other three wait a second, looking at each other, doubt washing over their faces and then follow in a flash of light. The five figures appear out of thin air before them lies along cobblestone Holloway, lit with rows of tortures on each wall and at the end, large wooden double doors. They inspect the hallway and then look to the older man who begins to remove his goggles. You won't need these anymore, he says. The others begin taking off their goggles and removing their rags. The largest of them is human. He is bald except for a beard. He has tattoos painted on his head, and his eyes are almost violent. Red to his left stands a Scalea lizard like creature on two legs. It's skin, a light, sickly green. Behind this creature is a tall and lanky elf. He has blue piercing eyes that stand out from this white hair and pale skin. He looks at his clothes and begins to brush dust from them daintily. Finally, a young human man with beautiful blond hair steps forward. He couldn't be older than 20. The man waves his hand, motioning the party forward, and they walk across the hall to the large looming doors. Upon reaching the end of the hallway, the man turns his head slightly toward the party and nods. Each of the four reach into their robes and removes a small vial filled with the clear liquid. Together, they uncork the vials and drink them simultaneously. Instantly, the four began to dissolve and two missed and disappear. The man throws open the two huge doors and reveals a large dome shaped room in the center of the rooms. It's a white marble pedestal upon which hovers a old yellowed scroll tied together with a strand of black leather standing in the back of the room, or five statues of what appears to be fierce warriors holding spears. The two statues on the left and right are bronze, with the one in the center is gold. Finally, four basins filled with blue fire. In circled the room. The man walks to the pedestal, removing his bag and extending his hand for the parchment. He takes it and gently places it in his bag without a sound. Suddenly, the five statues begin to move slowly at first they stepped forward, staring at the old man. They lunge as quick as lightning, thrusting their spears towards him. The man extends his hand with spring, an inaudible word under his breath, and the five stop the weapons inches from the man's body. The four bronze statues start to twitch and convulse their arms go limp. Missed begins to smile around the room, revealing the four other members in their hands or knives stuck deep into the next of the statues, the four bronze statues collapsed, shattering on the ground. The gold statue stares at the man. I won't let you take it. The man steps past the pedestal and stands in front of the Golden Warrior. You have got a this relic for long enough rest now and at a true champion, take his place on the seat of the world. With that, he slowly plunges a dagger into the throat of the statue. Oh will kneel before my power. The statue shatters and the room is still. We're done here, says the man. The five sheet their weapons and leave the room, slamming the doors behind them.
