Hi, my name is Robin Taylor. I'm heritage Os I soft In this year's organizational culture partner working on the AVIVA. OS I soft culture integration project, The original project began in 2018 when 450 Aviva employees took part in culture cafes across the globe. From there, the AVIVA life values were created. AVIVA then engaged Spencer Stuart, a leading consulting company that specializes in aligning culture with corporate strategy. Spencer Stuart conducted a culture survey in early 2019 to identify and define the current culture. At Aviva, the SLT worked with Spencer Stuart to identify the target culture that aligned with corporate strategy. In July of 2019, employees participated in a pilot of the culture workshop. After some revisions, trained facilitators delivered 120 workshops to 2000 aviva employees worldwide, pivoting quickly from in person meetings to virtual instructor led meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic. In early 2020, Aviva announced the acquisition of OSS Soft. The culture project work then continued with a focus on integrating the two cultures during fiscal year 2022. On April 26, Spencer Stuart conducted another culture survey that included Heritage OSS soft employees. The culture integration project team is now reviewing the results of 2600 responses with our Spencer Stuart Partners, we will be working with the SLT and I. M o to identify the current cultures in each company and ways to bring the best of both cultures together to align with the corporate strategy of the combined companies. Once we have identified the target culture, we will roll out a communication and training program to AVIVA and OSI soft employees. Our goal is to introduce the target culture and help each team identify ways to achieve this target through our shared values.
