In this instructional yoga voice-over clip, I have written the script, recorded the same, as well as edited the audio recording with suitable background music.
All recordings are done in an acoustically-treated vocal booth using a studio condenser microphone and pop filter.

Slowly start to release the position of Vajrasana and slip into the position of Balaaana or child's pose. Keep sitting on your heels in the kneeling position. Now bring your chest towards the floor, over your knees. Stretch your hands out in front of you so that your palms and forehead touch the floor. Relax in this position for as long as you wish. Breathe slowly and deeply. Feel the calming effect of Balasana on your body and mind after you've experienced a hectic day.
