We think it's time to disrupt the old way of doing things. Sorry, Bob, you're fired. Today we have the story of an American musical icon. Lenny Kravitz grew up a one man musical melting pot. His unique retro musical style incorporates elements of rock, blues, soul, R and B funk, jazz and reggae. Kravitz found his voice at an early age and bared his heart and soul with a simple musical message. Some critics called him a throwback.
