When am I provided with direct contact information in terms of a job?

Providing Contact Information

Both clients and talent are provided with direct contact information for one another as soon as a payment has been made through a Self Service job at Voices.com. To view contact information for a payment, please visit the Payments tab for the job. This contact information is also available in the Agreements tab once an agreement has been created.

On a Full Service job communication is handled by the Account Manager that has posted the job only at the request of the client.

Asking a Question

Clients do have the option to Ask a Question from an audition response in the event they require more information before making a payment.

Respecting Your Privacy

It is against the Voices.com Terms of Service to provide direct contact information prior to payment being made.
