So how do you know when there's a new guest on the line? Well, it's pretty simple. Ah, Via will give you a prompt. This problem could be a beep, a voice stating the type of call or simply a change in background noise. As you hear the prompt, your screen will update with guest information and look something like this. At this point, you can greet your guests and begin the conversation. And remember, since your computer is controlling your line, you don't have to push any buttons to answer a Via will pick up for you.
