self esteem. It's the self esteem that remains with us where no one else is, it's the self esteem that has more power than anyone else has. It's her own self that stays with us in the darkest of nights and the brightest of days, it's our own self that never leaves us alone. It's ourselves that tries to make us happy when we lose all the hope, it's our own self that remains with us when we are on our deathbed and forever. But the question that arises is is the self getting the love and here that it needs. Honestly, most of our answers are no. Even my answer is a big fat no. When a child is small, he gives all his attention, his love to his parents and friends. When a child reaches his team approaching adulthood, he finds his first love and all his attention love and kill belongs to his significant other. When a child becomes an adult, his attention shifts to getting a good job and setting his career on the right path. When a child marries his attention and love belongs to sell me. When a child becomes apparent, his attention worries kill love. Everything belongs to his child. And this way the cycle keeps on going and now it has become a never ending process. But if all of us pause just for a second from our busy hectic lives, we realized that in this whole process, what we don't do was to give love and attention to ourselves. We keep ignoring and underestimating ourselves for so long that this ignorance than something that today is known as low self esteem. Cause at some point of time in our lives, we found ourselves in a situation that makes us question ourselves, but we are unaware because this is something we never do. So. The problem is identified and now the solution, the solution is just to fight this attitude as simple as pressing a button.
