our climate is ever changing. we need to comprehend these past present and future changes happening to the world around us. but to fully understand climate change, scientists need to study this problem by engaging all the resources they have. this includes the fresh eyes of early career researchers, scientists and practitioners or ecr the last few years have been incredibly stressful and stress can have far reaching effects on the body, impacting mood well being and energy levels causing exhaustion, reducing sleep quality and even impacting the immune system. the consumer industry is one of australia's most exciting and dynamic industries. it includes food and agriculture, automotive retail, travel and hospitality. today, consumers are faced with the rising cost of living and inflation. this means businesses are under increased pressure to offer affordable and meaningful products services and do it in a way that is socially responsible, economically viable and protects our planet. our community grants provide 45 grants per year to community organizations. our people care about to date. we've provided over 430 grants and just by parking at our melbourne and sydney offices, our people are doing good with a portion of the fees split between launch housing orange sky and the big issue.
