Beginning our practice today by finding a comfortable seat, let yourself come into it, allowing your eyes to close, taking just a moment of pause here. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be, but just right here allowing yourself to be here in our meditation practice today, we'll begin by setting a bit of gratitude. So considering here for just a moment, one thing that you're grateful for it can be as small as a morning cup of coffee or as abundant as the life that you've created for yourself. Take a moment and considering what it is that gives you that deep feeling at the core of your being of gratitude, allow yourself to sit with this feeling for just a moment, letting it fill every cell in the body, allowing yourselves to become completely saturated in this feeling, allowing all other thoughts to fade to the back, allowing this feeling of gratitude to be our only priority. Settling in here coming into the body beginning to relax. Noticing any common places of tension, softening the brow, the jaw, the neck and the shoulders, letting the belly release as we sink in here. Coming back to this feeling of gratitude imagining it as a glowing light pervading the body from the very center of your core radiating outwards. Imagining if you could watch this feeling of gratitude, bringing your awareness to the very center of your core. And imagining this light as it radiates out, feeling the body returning back to the sensations of this original feeling, this original thing for which you have so much love, so much gratitude. And as we do so watching, as this internal light glows greater brighter, shining its light on every corner of the body filling yourself with this deep sense of ease.
