and breathe in deeply and release. Breathe in deeply and release. And so you're lying there, breathe into your entire body almost as if your body is hollow, breathe into your toes, backs of your legs, your fingertips. With each breath your body inflates and with each breath out deflates. There is a separation now that you can feel the difference between your body and your soul and breathe in deeply and release and know that you are now connected to spirit and this spirit that is separate from your body. Every breath in is your soul. Your spirit. Your spirit connects what's inside you, to the air, to the trees, to the sky, to other people. That's your intuition. That's where all things are possible. There are no limitations. That's where we're connected with every living being outside of ourselves. That's where dreams are made. That's where hope lives and love, creativity, laughter, playfulness, possibility intuition. It's expansive and beautiful. What's inside you is connected to the sunset and the sun and the rising moon and you're connected to the stars and that bright, beautiful planet that seems so far away and yet is connected to deep inside you. We're the atoms of your atoms are possible and positive and expansive, 360°. You are possible
