My voice can take charge and call attention to various elements of a situation as well as calmly explain complex topics; in the past, these topics have varied from customer service technology to advanced medical devices at high-end universities. As a student with an engineering background, I can easily master new and unfamiliar technical terminology. I had to learn such terminology for my work with Hilton Hotels and Resorts as well as the Aga Khan University and I continue to look forward to expanding my vocabulary.
