Woman-to-woman commercial, intelligent, conversational voice-over, playful, maternal, authoritative narration, sincere message, and business-speak for websites. Midwestern sensibility with no accent. While doing industrial films in Chicago, Doreen also booked several voice-over gigs doing narration for clients like Wells Fargo, etc. She has worked with both The Second City and ImprovOlympic, in Chicago, as well as IO, Bang, and ACME Comedy Theatre in L.A., so her improvisational skills are top notch. Her first national commercial for "The Money Store", led to subsequent radio voice-over spots. For The Oxygen Network, she voiced the confused "straight woman" playing opposite to Nick Swardson's (Comedy Central) slacker clerk. Most recently, she was the voiced the Latina Mother, Carla, (in English) in the short film, "Quetzal", in a touching flashback scene.
