I am a friendly and cheerful person, with experience in audiobook narration, e-learning and as a newsreader for AMI (news broadcast service for the blind). I have university degrees in Psychology and Biology, and further education in Audiobook home studio recording and editing. I am a stickler for detail, and am a fanatical editor and proofreader/prooflistener.
My life experience is pretty varied: I have worked as an water resources inspector in Alberta, an environmental education specialist (with the occasional appearance as \"Mrs. Compost\"!), motivational speaking across North America (as the \"Sexy Optimist\"), publisher of books and daytimers (remember paper daytimers?), community soccer league coordinator, coaching struggling early readers, and a whole host of other jobs that I forget right now.
My voice is described as warm and friendly, with very clear diction. Character accents are my favorite pieces - I do a smashing British, a formidable French, \"real good\" southern American, superior German and an excellente Spanish!
My studio has been certified by BeeAudio Studios - so you'll always get great sound files that you can work with, without blowing your editing budget.
