My voice sounds like a comfortable friend. No monster truck rally announcer here, I'm more of the trusted educator type. I speak with a medium pitch and crystal clear annunciation. I identify with people very quickly in my personal life and I bring that warmth and openness to how I speak when recording. I consider myself and my voice to be easygoing yet direct. Being born and raised in sunny Key West, Florida, I have a neutral American accent natively.

While new to voice over specifically, I do have a background in performance and professional demeanor. I have been involved in school bands playing brass instruments, from orchestral to jazz to marching from age 10 through all 4 years of college. I performed with the University of Central Florida Marching Knights from 2002 to 2005. At UCF we performed in front of crowds over 25,000 strong. Talk about a confidence builder! Music also helped me to achieve a better understanding of sound in general as well as proper breathing technique. Before that I did a local radio PSA regarding bicycle helmet safety. Before that I was cast as Santa Clause in my 3rd grade play. I now make an occasional guest appearance on a friend's amateur podcast "A Moment of Screaming."
Currently making my way through Nursing School, with an expected graduation date of spring 2014. (This is relevant because if you can pronounce pharmaceutical drug names you can pronounce absolutely anything.)
I hold an Associates degree in general studies that I obtained while finishing nursing pre-requisite course work.
I graduated from Key West High School in 2002

Minutes to hours depending upon the length of script. For example, a 5 minute script would take about 15 minutes of prep work, 10 minutes to record and 30 minutes to edit, as a rough estimate
Professionalism is a top priority with me. Things will be done punctually and correct the first time. If revisions are needed the same rule applies. I record the audio myself, then clean it up and edit it to deliver to you in the format of your choosing. You get clean and clear audio of my voice, on time and on task, ready for you to add music or effects as you see fit.
