I was asked what is my passion in life. My response was the search for truth. They responded, what is the biggest lesson learned about truth. My response, "Humility, because it has helped me out of the boxes of narcissism and co-dependency."
How this translates to you, the one deciding to hire me? I've learned the distinction between confidence with arrogance and the better method, self-esteem. In this, I'm able to be fully present with the confidence in my abilities and also adapt to the direction of your project.

I've been told all my life I have a voice for radio... insert joke about looks as well. ;-)
I've worked in computers and doing voice overs for video projects a good part of my life. I've recently performed stand up comedy, improv comedy and theatrical training. I'm also an enthusiastic student of vocal lessons.
My previous life as a teacher and more recently a real estate investor has helped me develop a pennant for appropriate voice in a professional setting. My improv training and continuous work has helped me to develop a multitude of voices for characters that are discovered spontaneously.

An experience I'm proud of is a consistent pull toward perfection. The service you can count on includes the confidence in my abilities to bring your script to life. I'm also quite easy to work with as I deeply appreciate the co-creation process that makes the final product the best it can be.
I had the great privilege of coaching Jim in two comedy workshops. During our many conversations together, I got to know Jim as a rare individual, with great wisdom and a genuine desire to know and love others. He's naturally funny with a penchant for laughing at himself. Jim brings tremendous warmth and authenticity to the stage, sharing his own humanity in a way that invites the audience to embrace their own. He speaks from the heart, to the heart. I'm excited to see Jim share his gifts with many others, as his memorable presence will leave every audience a little more enlightened, and thoroughly inspired.Kristina Hall, Professional Comedian
